1. What payment options do we accept? 

We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Debit/Credit card payments.

2. How long until my order arrives? 

Order usually arrives within 3-5 business days. However, due to COVID-19 your order may experience delays. 

3. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States. 

4. Do we accept returns or offer refunds? 

We do not offer refunds unless you receive a defected product. However we do accept returns in exchange for another size or different product within 14 days of your purchase (if product is in stock).

5. Will I receive a tracking number? 

Yes, you will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

6. Who do you ship with?

Orders are processed and shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.

7. What if my order is not correct?

Every so often mistakes do happen but we will do our best to fix it. If you notice a mistake with your order, please contact brokendreamsclothing@outlook.com and we will look into it. Please include your order number at all times when emailing us.

8. Are there any plans of re-releasing past collections?

Typically we don’t re-release anything. We are always working towards the future and making sure each release is special. If it sold out it most likely isn’t coming back. That being said follow our Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to know all release announcements.

9. How do I start an exchange?

To start an exchange, please fill out the contact form on the site or email us directly at brokendreamsclothing@outlook.com. Please list the order number, name, product you received and the product/size you will like to exchange for.
